U.S. Congress 1st act was to Destroy the
First Amendment:
Congress shall make NO law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof...Anti-Bigamy Act of 1862, the Edmunds Act of 1882... It declared polygamy a felony, with penalty on conviction of not more than five years imprisonment and / or a $500 fine.
