Christian County Clerk Kim Davis Goes to Jail over Same-Sex
Marriage
A (REAL SALTY) Christian who
refuses to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples—Kim Davis, the county
clerk for Rowan County, Kentucky—has been ordered to jail for contempt of court. Davis was ordered by a federal
district judge to begin issuing licenses. She asked a federal appeals court,
and then the Supreme Court, to put the district court’s order on hold while her
case is pending on appeal, but the higher courts declined to do so.... But as
Breitbart News previously reported, Davis is claiming the right to use her
governmental power to order all of her deputy clerks and other subordinates
that they shall not issue marriages licenses, either. Her personal right to
religiously object probably does not extend to using her public-office power to
order other government workers to conform to her personal faith-based beliefs.

Holladay bans housing, employment LGBT discrimination (WAKE-UP LDS!)
Salt Lake Tribune - Feb 20 2014
Anti-discrimination » City,
in 5-1 vote, becomes 20th entity to pass law.
Holladay • The city of Holladay
is now the 20th local government in Utah with an ordinance banning housing and employment
discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
The city council passed the
ordinance 5-1 Thursday night following debate on some proposed amendments to
the proposal, but little discussion of the ordinance itself…Councilman Steven
Gunn explained his vote in favor of the ordinance, saying as he looked into the
issue of discrimination
against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people he found
only one alleged instance in the city. However, he voted for the measure
because discrimination has occurred in other places and he would like to
prevent it happening in Holladay.
"I say to our GAY community:
You are welcome here," Gunn said.
Salt Lake City was the first
to adopt the ordinance in 2009, with support of The Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-day Saints. (SICK)
Federal judge strikes down Utah ban on same-sex marriage
As same-sex couples receive
marriage licenses, state appeals the decision to 10th Circuit Court.
Salt Lake Tribune - Dec 20 2013
With the ruling, Utah becomes
the 18th
state where same-sex marriage has
become legal through either court
decisions, legislation or referendums…the generational divide on the issue
where young people, including younger Republicans, are more accepting of gay
marriage than older people.
(On TV
the FAGS thought Utah would be the last state to have fag marriages…Utah
becomes the 18th state)
